It’s finally cold here in Atlanta. It took a while. This is one of my favorite cold weather ensembles, which I picked up earlier this fall at K. Frank in sunny downtown Santa Barbara. The cashmere sweater jacket is incredibly warm, as it buttons at the neck. I put it on with the frayed jeans that I was trying on, and viola, my perfect winter street style, Saturday errands or Sunday brunch go-to outfit. The sweater’s smooth lines also provide balance to the frayed jeans.
To give this neutral outfit a little color and contrast, I added a colorful scarf at the neck and my fun Boucheron watch with the interchangeable scarf watchbands, a gift from my husband a few years ago. I love adding small scarves to my wrist or to the handle of my handbag to add a little color and interest. Neutral suede boots finish the look and keep my feet warm.
